DetailsWe build you your own bulk email software: sending runs on Amazon SES, and the software and database belong to you. Unlimited lists, automatic removal of failing addresses, reporting on every campaign, and consent and unsubscribe records kept in line with the rules.

Calls are handled over WhatsApp.
These are example flows; the real one is built around your process. Press “Play” and watch where the message goes, step by step — or click any step.
How a new address joins the list — and why some never do.
Message wording is illustrative; it gets written in your voice, for your product. Waiting times, conditions and channel order are decided together during setup.
On off-the-shelf newsletter platforms the monthly fee climbs with every subscriber, your list lives on someone else’s servers and they set the rules. We install the software for you: the code is yours, the database is yours, and the sending account is opened in your name. If you stop working with us, the list and the system stay where they are.
SES is Amazon’s email sending infrastructure; it carries some of the largest mail traffic in the world and, set up properly, delivers well. Pricing is per email sent — not per subscriber. The difference between one campaign a month and three a week lands on the invoice exactly as it happened, and you are not buying a padded package.
There is no cap on how many lists you create. Dealers, retail customers, cards collected at a trade fair, buyers who have gone quiet — each can be a separate list, or one list with tags. Tags are usually more useful: the same person can be “dealer”, “Istanbul” and “bought in 2024”, and a campaign is built on those intersections.
Lists decay, and that is normal: people change jobs, mailboxes close, domains lapse. The danger is continuing to send to dead addresses — once the hard-bounce rate climbs, providers start filing all of your mail as spam. The software listens to the SES notifications and acts without anyone touching it.
Every email carries a working unsubscribe link, and the mail client’s own unsubscribe button is supported too (List-Unsubscribe). Leaving takes one click, with no confirmation step. Where consent for commercial email is held in a national registry — as it is in Türkiye — the software checks permission before sending and writes opt-outs back to that registry.
A report is more than an open rate. How many were delivered, how many bounced, who clicked, how many of those ordered — kept per campaign and per segment. Because the data sits in your own database, it can be joined with your CRM, your store or your ERP.
Yes. It is installed on your server or in your cloud account; the database and the subscriber list stay with you, and the Amazon SES account is opened in your name. If you stop working with us, the system keeps running.
Two items: a one-off build, and the SES charge per email sent. SES bills on emails sent rather than subscribers held, and Amazon publishes the current unit price. There is no subscription, so in a month without campaigns there is no sending cost.
We set no limit in the software. On the SES side accounts start with a daily sending quota that rises as the sending history stays clean, which is why the first campaigns to a large list go out in stages.
You can, but we audit it first: format errors, duplicates and domains with no mail server are stripped out. Consent remains your responsibility — we will not load a purchased list, because the first campaign would burn your domain’s reputation.
Technical side first: SPF, DKIM and DMARC are configured, the sending domain is verified, and a new domain is warmed up in stages. After that it is content and list discipline: a clean list, a reasonable frequency, genuinely opted-in recipients. If delivery starts dropping, sending stops automatically and the reason shows in the report.
